The Pre-Start Up and Start Up plan is a Discovery phase for our Process teams as well as clients who get to understand each others goals and involvement for the offshore process. The teams would be involved in identifying and alignment of the outsourcing strategy with the corporate strategy.
During the Onsite Exposure a team is set up to do the knowledge transfer and fine tune the plans which lead to the Transition phase where process movement to the offshore facility begins. During this phase several key concerns are addressed which include – Knowledge Management, Technology Management, Operations Management that lead to better control and execution. A Parallel run is done to ensure the Migration of the process is set to severe tests while ensuring no other dependent process is effected.
While the Transition is achieved the process moves into a Steady State situation where key initiatives are Reviewed and Tracked to ensure high standard service deliveries.
